Gary Greenberg is a nationally touring stand-up comic and writer.
He has appeared on Comedy Central and Bravo, as well as numerous national radio
networks. He’s written pieces for The Daily Show (Comedy Central), The Man Show (Comedy Central), Up All Night (USA), and Oxygen. He was hired as the sole writer for both the 2001 Gotham Awards (Bravo Network) and the 2000 and 2002 Directors Guild Awards, where he wrote material for Tom Cruise, Gwyneth Paltrow, Robert DeNiro, Ellen Degeneres and many others.


Gary is the author of the national bestseller The Pop-up Book of Phobias (Harper Collins, 1999) and the critically acclaimed The Pop-up Book of Nightmares
(St. Martins, 11/01) and Self-Helpless (Career, 1999). He is also writes humor pieces for Psychology Today magazine.


He lives in Manhattan with his wife, Jeannie, and daughter, Madeline.
